LAB was launched in 2022 by Doug Klinger, co-founder of IMVDb, former curator at Vimeo, and music video rep since 2017. We were founded on a love for music video and the community that surrounds them. 

We are a boutique agency representing the best music video directors in the world. We help support, develop, and creatively sharpen our directors and are dedicated and responsive to the needs of our clients. We understand the unique opportunities and challenges that exist within the music industry and offer far more than just the traditional music video.
